Acèle Nadale is Cameroonian born and came to Germany in 1995 to study Computer Sciences. She is a computer engineer with a passion for literature, education and new technologies. She is specialising in African literatures and self-publishing. She supports independent writers during the process of production, publication and sales of their books. Her literature enthusiasm was fuelled early on by writers such as Chinua Achebe and Mongo Beti. In 2015 Acèle founded the francophone online magazine Afrolivresque.com, a platform supporting African writing. 5 years later the weekly literary podcast “Le Salon du Livre” followed. Acèle teaches workshops besides her work as editor of the magazine. Moreover she is a consultant for publishers as well as literary projects and events.
