Souad Lamroubal

Souad Lamroubal is an expert on migration, integration and education, author and facilitator. Since 2006, she has been a municipal civil servant with a full-time job in municipal migration and integration work. In addition to many years of involvement in municipal foreigners’ authorities, her focus is on migration work critical of racism. In the form of internal and external training courses, further education and expert lectures, she deals with approaches to solutions for, among other things, discrimination-free, racism-free and prejudice-conscious structures in administrative and security authorities. An important focus is institutional and structural racism. As a lecturer for intercultural action competence, criticism of racism and social skills, she teaches at the Studieninstitut für öffentliche Verwaltung. She is a certified intercultural trainer and manager for intercultural opening processes. She has been an honorary association chair since 2015.
